FAQ
Common questions
Do we need to buy API access?
Often not. Many small-team workflows run well on existing AI subscriptions and CLI tools. When an API really is the better fit, we explain the expected cost before you commit.
Will AI talk to our customers without a human?
Only if you decide so after a pilot. By default, anything customer-facing goes through a human review step, and the assistant is set up to hand off when it is unsure.
What about our data?
We work with the minimum data needed, prefer anonymized samples during the pilot and keep credentials in your own accounts. We do not reuse your data for other clients.
What can AI not do well for us?
Anything that needs guaranteed accuracy without review, such as legal, medical or financial advice, or numbers it cannot verify. We will say clearly when a workflow is not a good fit.
Do you train our team?
Yes. Deploy includes a hands-on training session and a written runbook so your team can operate and adjust the workflow without us.
