Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, so the issue can be evaluated and resolved.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges

Return the current item, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

For shipments to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason without justification. Items must meet the same conditions: unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, plus receipt/proof of purchase.

Refunds

“If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.” Processing time by your bank may vary. Contact support if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
